A wonderful experience at TarracoViva, Tarragona’s Roman festival – so enjoyable and well-organized!
TarracoViva is the Roman Festival of Tarragona. This year it ran from May 12th to May 25th and was packed with activities! (Warning: Information on the linked site is primarily in Spanish or Catalan.)
We undertook a significant planning effort for this, as there were numerous lectures and sessions we wanted to attend, all while considering what my kid would enjoy. Next year, we aim to plan even better, allocating more time.
We enjoyed a weekend brimming with historical recreations and insightful talks. We even had the chance to create a small mosaic using techniques from ancient Rome! Naturally, we also acquired a few books from the literary corner (we just can’t resist buying books!).
It was a fantastic experience, and I highly encourage everyone to visit at least once.
